Where are the tablewares from?

They are selected and imported mainly from Japan, with a mix from other regions, including Thailand, Taiwan, China and more.

Our vintage unused or preloved wares are predominantly from Singapore.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you need to make any changes or additions to your order, please contact us directly at roomiersg@gmail.com with your order reference number and request.

After the order has been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes or add-ons.

 

How soon will my order be delivered? 

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 4-5 working days (subject to peak seasons). For any special requests, eg: gift wrapping or urgent deliveries, please contact us directly.

Why don't the plates or bowls of the same design look the same?

Variations in glaze, tone and colour are naturally occurring and intended by the manufacturer. They are in no way manufacturing defects and should be celebrated for their one-of-a-kind human touch.

 

Can I do an exchange for defective items?

Due to hygiene reasons, all items sent out are strictly non-exchangeable.

 

What should I do if I received an incorrect / damaged item?
